Terms & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 23, 2026. By paying for a SongTrailer order on songtrailer.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
SongTrailer (“we”, “us”) provides a fixed-price service: we create a music video for your full song (video length matches the track; we do not replace your audio). Contact: hello@songtrailer.com.
2. The service
- Product: one custom full-song music video for your song (AI-assisted generation + human edit; original audio kept).
- Price: $3,500 USD flat, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Process: pay online → submit your track and brief → we generate direction → you approve direction by email → we finish and deliver → one free tweak if requested in time (see below).
- Communication: email-first process. Direction and feedback by email.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use the music, vocals, samples, and any reference materials you send us.
- You must provide a working link to your track (and any notes) after payment.
- You respond to direction approval within a reasonable time. Waiting on you pauses our production timeline.
- You will not use the service for illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
4. Timeline
Typical active work is about 5–7 business days after we have your track and intake. Waiting for music, links, or your approval of direction pauses the clock. Delivery dates are estimates, not hard guarantees, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
5. Approvals & revisions
- We may send a direction package (e.g. collage / short story or frame direction) for email approval before finishing.
- Reply with APPROVE or a short, reasonable change list within that direction.
- After final delivery: one free tweak if you request it by email within 72 hours of delivery. Tweaks mean edit/pacing/polish within the approved direction, not a full restart, new concept, or new track.
- No reply within 72 hours of delivery means the delivery is accepted.
6. Refund policy
Because this is custom creative work, refunds are limited. Contact us first at hello@songtrailer.com before opening a payment dispute.

If payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed after we delivered work in good faith, you remain responsible for the fee. Chargebacks opened without contacting us first may be contested with delivery records.
7. Ownership & license
- You keep all rights to your music. You grant us a limited license to use it only to create and deliver your music video.
- After delivery and payment is final (including the revision window), you own the finished music video files we deliver for promoting this track. That includes: organic posts and paid ads on social platforms; YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and similar; your website and artist pages; and press or playlist pitching for this release.
- You may monetize platforms in the ordinary way when you post the video with your own track (for example YouTube or ad spend on the release). We do not claim a share of your music or video revenue.
- Exclusive buyouts, wholesale re-licensing of the video alone, or uses that are not about promoting this track need a separate written agreement.
- We may show anonymized or credited excerpts in our portfolio unless you email us and ask us not to before delivery.
- We do not claim ownership of your song or master recording.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Price is $3,500 USD unless stated otherwise at checkout. You authorize the charge when you complete Stripe Checkout. Currency conversion, bank fees, or card fees charged by your bank are your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost streams, reputational harm, or indirect damages. The service is provided as a creative deliverable; artistic taste is subjective—our obligation is to deliver a professional full-song music video consistent with approved direction and these terms.
10. Privacy (short)
We collect information needed to run the service: email, payment metadata (via Stripe), track links, and notes you submit. We use Stripe for payments and an email provider to send order messages. We do not sell your personal data. For privacy questions, email hello@songtrailer.com.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you pay applies to that order. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the new terms for future orders.
